Gao Yi, Deputy Secretary-General of Zhejiang Provincial Government, Chen Yueliang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of Zhejiang SASAC, Bai Jianfeng, Head of the Discipline Inspection Group of Zhejiang Commission for Discipline Inspection in SASAC, Xie Ping, Deputy Secretary of the CPC and General Manager of the Group, Ge Weimin, Deputy Secretary of the CPC, and Ren Yanfei, Member of the Party Committee and Secretary of Committee for Discipline Inspection, attended the briefing.

After report, Vice Governor Zhu Congjiu affirmed the performance of the main responsibility of building a clean and honest Party by the Party Committee of the Group in 2018. He pointed out that the Party Committee of the Group earnestly implemented the decisions and deployments of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, implemented the main responsibility of fully enforcement of the Party self-discipline, and strengthened the construction of a clean and honest government and the anti-corruption work. With strong political consciousness, the Party Committee of the Group has a clear attitude, firm stand, and effective actions in implementing major decisions and deployments of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government. In adapting to the new era and new situation, overcoming difficulties and tapping potential, it reflects the firmness of the "Four Consciousness", the clearness of "Four Self-confidence" and the clearness of "Two Safeguards", and has done a solid job in embodying and rooting the main responsibility of fully enforcement of the Party self-discipline in the reform and development of enterprises. He expressed his hope that the Party Committee of the Group should take the most powerful corrective measures with the firmest political position and the most resolute rectification attitude, and complete the rest work of the inspection and rectification in a solid manner. With respect to the following step of fully enforcing the Party self-discipline and strengthening the construction of a clean and honest government, he raised the following requirements:

First, focus on the leadership of political development and comprehensively strengthen the Party's leadership over state-owned enterprises. Implement the political standards and requirements throughout the party's thought construction, organization construction, work style construction, discipline construction, system construction and the fight against corruption, firmly establish the "Four Consciousness", firmly strengthen the "Four Confidence", firmly implement the "Two Maintenance", and thoroughly study, implement, and to be a firm believer and loyal practitioner of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.

Second, strengthen our political responsibility for Party management and self-governance and deepen our efforts to comprehensive and strict governance of the Party. Further firm up the political responsibility for Party management and self-governance, strengthen the implementation of the “Two Responsibilities for One Post” of Party Members, and refine the responsibility system for comprehensive and strict governance of the Party. Implement the "Four Lists Per Project" system, give full play to the leading role of enterprise Party Committee in "confirming the direction, managing the overall situation and ensuring implementation", and ensure that all decisions and deployments of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee are carried out consistently.

Third, closely combine the actual conditions of enterprises and comprehensively promote the construction of clean state-owned enterprises. Firstly, effectively carried out the ideological work of vocational education groups and ensure that the ideological work position is firmly in the hands of the Party. Secondly, strengthen guidance for Party building in member entities, pay attention to the prevention and control of risks of honesty in the management of production, operation, education and teaching, investigate the risks in an actual, detailed and in-depth manner, further improve the systems and strengthen the supervision. Thirdly, spend more efforts to introduce and cultivate high-end professionals, give full play to their strengths, and deepen the enterprise-university-research institute cooperation.
